Individual session process:
1. Mental Health Screener
Answer a few questions for us to know which area of expertise we should focus on while finding you a therapist.
2. Initial Consultation
An initial consultation will be of 30–45minute consultation where you will meet your allocated psychologist and will discuss your current mental health issues and concerns. The therapist will share their strategy and treatment plan upon hearing your mental health concerns.
3. Start Therapy
Therapy can help you feel supported while you work out how to work towards your personal goals.
Minimum number of people: 5
Maximum number of people: 10
Suggested session duration: 40 minutes + 20 minutes for Q/A or activities
Most suitable for: People experiencing stress and/or anxiety related to studies, school/college, work performance issues, substance abuse, depression, low self-confidence and self-esteem, positive thinking and more.

Suggested session duration: 60 minutes + 30 minutes Q/A or exercise
Most suitable for: Schools/Colleges and Employers who would like to encourage learning and discussion on well-being related subjects like positive thinking, mind power, team building, human rights, domestic and sexual violence, sexual consent, psychosocial first aid and more.
